Especially Yours: “Why That’s Me” is an inspirational creation by author Verna H. Souvard and is filled with lessons of HOPE. The content is a personal guide to empowerment and new ways of thinking. The topics are simple and direct, allowing one to come face to face with identifying his/her own self, while the application to daily living is easily implemented: "BEGIN TO LOVE YOURSELF"-- share willingly and gently, not only with one’s self but with all others.

The inspirational contents contained in the book were written through meditation and automatic writing. All materials, including title and subtitles were created through this same means. Verna’s first exposure to automatic writing came suddenly and left quickly. This experience was perplexing at first, but served as an excellent teacher and guide to sustaining a loving family relationship. Years later, Verna came to appreciate automatic communication and sought to reclaim it. This collection of works is the result of that effort. Listening patiently with pen in hand, she was able to set down these contributions of Inspirational lessons.

 

About the Author

Verna H. Souvard was born in Jamaica, the only child to loving parents. She spent most of her life away from home attending private school which enabled her to interact with many nationalities and cultures. She left Jamaica in her late teens and traveled to the U.K. to study nursing. Verna eventually made her home in Canada where she lives with her family.
