In the Norwegian mountains, terrorists are holding twenty-three people hostage inside an abandoned shooting range. The Dragons, a secret U.S. special unit led by the enigmatic Maj. Zainal Emassi, have been sent to get them out. As a Genetically Enhanced Natural Intelligence being, the Major has a few abnormal features, a bonus in his line of work.
