Not since National Lampoon’s Vacation movies has
travel been so fun. Ted Nash shares his family’s humorous ups
and downs in Europe and beyond in his disastrous travelogue.
Honeymoon
in Greece and Other Misadventures
begins with a red-eye flight to Athens following the author and
his wife’s wedding, only to have the airline lose their luggage.
But this is only the beginning of the saga of Nash’s fun
travels.
As his family grows, they
sail among the Galápagos Islands, where there is seasickness
along the way, suffer intestinal problems in Paris and Vienna,
endure a terrifying water ride in Dubai, and lose still more
luggage. This family’s humorous trips take readers along for
some exotic fun in Venezuela, England, Sweden and Bermuda, plus
other countries, with yet more mundane adventures in store in
the U.S. and Canada. But the real kicker sometimes comes at the
end of their travels, such as when they returned home to a
locked house, remembering too late that the keys were left in
some faraway hotel.
About the Author

Ted Nash is an

Nancy, and three children. He grew up in Montreal, enjoys

travel takes people out of their comfort zones, while allowing
them to observe other cultures. He insists that laughter is the
best medicine.
