In the year 2168, the world has become a breeding ground for scientific advancement in biochemistry, electronics, and genetic engineering. Dr. Obi Titus Eze is a biochemist seeking to advance his own research by subjecting the world to a bioweapon known as Chimaera. As sophisticated as it is deadly, Chimaera will ultimately give Dr. Obi the ability to recreate the world by wiping out every single person on the planet while halting the deterioration of his very own mortality. 

Frank Chuks is an ex NIA agent who has long since fallen out of favor with his superiors. He continues to grieve for the death of his wife, Ada Cooker, whose murder was viewed as “collateral damage” during his time on the force. But when the agency calls him in to stop Dr. Obi and his deadly Chimaera, Frank has no choice but to pair up with former military academy rival, Agent Jack Usman, in an attempt to save the entire human race.
