Author Maribel Thomas searched
for literature to settle her own children’s fear every time a
thunderstorm approached, but nothing had been written.
“I was sick of losing my space
in bed every time my children would hear a thunderstorm,” Thomas
said.
While her little ones stared
out the window at the storm outside, this tale sprung to mind.
She put pen to paper and an amazing, comforting story was born.

About the Author
Maribel Thomas was born in Australia and raised in the
Wollongong Illawarra region of New South Wales and moved to the
Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. She and her family
currently reside in Peregian Springs.
