Author Christina Newton-Cavalier is the mother of four and the grandmother of two. She studies in the field of medicine and lives in Bullhead City, Arizona. Her illustrator is 8-year-old Hailey Rathmann, who brings the characters to life with her imaginative illustrations. The two are currently working together on book two.
