About the Author
Nadine Simon was
born into a large family with long-time ties to the sea. Her
father
carried on the tradition of a long line of fishermen. Living
close to the sea and growing up hearing seafaring stories,
Nadine’s
imagination was a fertile ground for the creation of this pirate
story. Nadine Simon resides in Kippens, Newfoundland with her
husband
Shawn, her son Jake, and her daughter Genee.
