Manuscript Submission Options

We ask that you submit your E-book manuscript in one of two ways.

Option 1: Word document from one of our templates.

We have three sizes of templates for you to choose from:

For a standard book feel to your E-book, we have a 6” X 9” template. This would be good for most fiction and non-fiction novels, chapter books, books of poetry, and other story-based works.

If you need a little extra page space for pictures, charts, or graphs, but still want the standard book size, we have a 6” x 9” template with small margins that will get the job done.

For the more technical or picture-based work, we have an 8.5” X 11” template.This larger size gives ample room for charts, graphs, pictures, and forms that will not fit the smaller page size.

For a great looking Children’s Picture Book, we have an 8.5 X 8.5 template that gives you all the room you need to illustrate your next best-seller. And, if you need help with creating the perfect pictures for your story, ask about our professional illustration services.

You may add color or black & white pictures, use colored text, insert charts, use hyperlinks, and many other features that are not available in printed books.

When you use one of our easy to follow templates, we will double-check the manuscript for formatting errors, insert the headers, and create a PDF file that will become the E-book.

During the process, you will have two chances to review the PDF and suggest any changes you may want to the layout.

Option 2: Preformatted PDF

If you are skilled in creating a nice looking PDF file, we can send you our title page and copyright page template to add to your PDF manuscript.

One great benefit of this option is that you can make a fully functional and interactive manuscript, complete with hyperlinks to other sections of your manuscript, websites, videos, and email. (Subject to your level of ability) You can even use a full array of colors to highlight your text and bring your E-book to life.

With this option, we will review your PDF file, Send you the "Title/Copyright Template" (Sized to your manuscript and complete with ISBN and SKU numbers.) and send you a detailed list of any changes we feel should be made before we make the E-book available for sale.

During the process, you will have two chances to make any necessary adjustments.
