Books are sent for review to leading industry writers, ads are taken out in book selling periodicals, ads are sent to libraries, etc.  Then, once sales are made, your books will be available through the major traditional distributors such as Ingram and Baker & Taylor.  The books will be available to bookstores, and on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and all major online retailers. Every publisher that we know of, from Random House to Authorhouse, follows this marketing sequence.
